Want to write your declaration?
It doesn't need to be complicated. Simply put, your declaration is a reminder of the ways you will intentionally focus on the positive and not the negative in your life. It is a reminder that you are a child of God, created in God's image, living as a follower of Jesus.
Step 1: What is the theme in the current season in your life?
What metaphor can you find to help you picture this current season?
What are the negative things you are currently believing?
Write these down in your favorite journal, the margins of your Bible, the back of your grocery list - just write it down!
Step 2: What are the positive things you want to believe about your situation?
And what scripture stories can you find that offer encouragement for the challenges you are currently facing?
What stories can you find in the Bible that remind you of God's goodness? Bianca says Google it!
Use references from God's word to write out a sentence you can use to remind yourself to look on the positive side of your circumstance.
