In this episode, Candace and Jennie are focusing on emotions and parenting. The truth is that we all need to know that we are seen, soothed, and safe in our emotions – especially kids. We aren’t alone in our emotions, and neither are our children. We get to be there for them emotionally. 

Feelings don’t heal when we ignore them; they heal when we are fully supported by the people who love us. 

Listen in as Candace and Jennie talk about their personal experiences parenting young children + adult children, being fully present to the emotions of your children (no matter their age), and what they have learned from struggling to “fix” things for their kids.
