**SHOWNOTES**

Have you ever been in a season where all you could utter was, “I need you God. Please, help me”?

As you cry out to the Lord, you may find yourself wondering if He cares to hear the cry of your heart or the complaint on her mind. But He does. He always wants to hear from us. Even if it is just saying “please,” He draws near.

Katy Nichole discusses her song, “Please” which is a personal and vulnerable cry of her heart. It is a plea to God during hard moments. And we hope it gives you words to say if you feel like you don’t know what to say to God, but you just need Him to be with you and help you.

**In this episode, you will hear Candace and Katy discuss: **

- Being in moments where all you can say is “Lord, I need you”
- The difference between sitting in your cries and releasing them to God
- Living in a digital world and where they hope to see the world in 10 years

All season long you can also listen to Candace + Katy’s Summer Playlist.
