**SHOWNOTES**

Have you ever read through the Old Testament and thought, "I cannot wait for Jesus to show up. These stories are hard to read!”

What if we told you that Jesus was *just* as present in those stories as He was in the miracles of the New Testament? Many people (including Christians) believe that Jesus didn’t arrive on the scene until His recorded birth in the gospels. But that simply isn’t true. Jesus has always existed, He wasn’t created by God. He played an integral role in Creation and was present through every moment of history.

**In this episode, you will hear Candace and Tara-Leigh discuss: **

- Which translations of the Bible are most accurate to the original text.
- Understanding how Jesus is God which means Jesus always existed and was not created by God.
- Their bucket list; what they have done and what they still wish to do in life.
    - Tara Leigh
    - Candace

***Scripture Memory for this episode:***

1 John 5:1-3 (CSB) Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father also loves the one born of him. This is how we know that we love God’s children; when we love God and obey His commands. For this is what love for God is: to keep His commands.
